  This is not your everyday Best Western! The hotel is new, modern, clean, classy and comfortable. You would think you were in a more expensive hotel. The staff is professional, friendly, and competent. The room was very comforable. I ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were very good. It is a short bus or taxi ride to the center of Genoa from the hotel. Easy to - The concierge Gloria was most helpful. When my son missed his flight she was very comforting and provided a room for the next night with no problem. The hotel was within walking distance to great shopping and a fantastic and reasonably priced restaurant. The breakfast was outstanding as were the shower and beds. I also appreciated the free drive from the airport to the hotel as taxis are outrageously expensive.
