  friendly staff and locaton of hotel - The hotel staff really nice and friendly, location of the hotel, the breakfast was really good (the best of 10 hotels I stayed in Italy), the room was really nice! I really can recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for comfortable stay in Genova. Excellent!

  The hotel was new, fresh and clean. The location was perfect for the old port area in Genua and the hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a typical American continental breakfast -- in other words quite boring, but that is the only complaint we have. - Right in de middle of the centre.

  Clean, friendly family run hotel. Good location near beach and lots of great restaurants. Nice buffet breakfast. We had an apartment, which was quite comfortable.   Was a nice small hotel with an Italian flair. Different from what one would expect from the us, but that is what made it neat. Staff very accommodating and while they gave me a break on WiFi, it would have been nice if it were included. Ten Euro's apiece for a continental breakfast was really pricey when you could get a couple of croissants and to... what people say » coffees for four or five Euro's at any of the little eateries along the street. All said and done, was a nice stay and would stay there again. - Staff could speak English well and customer service was great. The girl on the counter explained a great walking tour and marked up a map in detail. I did not get lost!!!! Location was fantastic. Because it is so close to GenoaPiazza I did my research on google maps and found the place easily from the station. Easy walk to all the city sights including the main piazza.

  The location is good as well as the facilities: you get a huge terrace of your own that goes with the room. And the beach is really close, although the public beach itself is poor. For better service it is recommended to walk to any private beach nearby. And the parking is a relief in that area. We enjoyed our stay. Bus ride to the centre of Genoa quite easy.
