  Over the last 15 years we have traveled extensively throughout Italy and stayed in many lovely and accommodating B&Bs. QuartoPiano is among those at the top of our list. I doubt one can find better lodging in Genova or a more welcoming host than Emiliana and her family. The rooms and common areas are spotlessly clean, spacious and cozy. Additionally this gem is located in a lovely private p - The B&B being on the top floor of a former palace in the heart of old Genoa is the perfect location for a city break. It's close to everything including the train station. Emi, who runs the B&B was a perfect host and a font of local knowledge from train times to restaurants. The rooms are very stylish, well equipped and quiet. The whole b&b including the wonderful roof terrace and hot tub is subtle, stylish and very comfortable. I will be returning for sure.
