The staff are both accommodat - The castle and location were simply fantastic in the middle of Chianti in the middle of Tuscany. The food offered in the hotel (5 course meal of excellent local cooking on offer each night) was great along with the wine (produced by the castle). The staff were friendly and helpful.

  A delightful rural retreat in Chianti yet within easy reach of everywhere to visit. A car however is a necessity. The hotel is peaceful and secluded with helpful and attentive staff. We were more than happy to dine here on each of our 3 nights as the food was very good.   We loved the place so much, we stayed an additional night. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the building and surroundings are incredible, and the dinner from the on site restaurant was fantastic. - Excellent restaurant with very helpful staff, wine shop was also excellent
