The apartments were 200m down from a large supermarket, so cooking in the apartment was made easy. The apartment is not close to the centre of Florence but is easily accessible by bus number 22 from the train station and centre of Florence (about 15-20 mins on the bus). If taking the bus there ring ahead and ask the staff exactly where to get off!

Claudio, Roberta and Sylvia were amazing, they recommended exceptional restaurants, organized tours and taxis and guided you to the must see sites. Free coffee/tea/treats throughout the day...dishware/glassware available to use in room. Fantastic café around the corner with very generous breakfast included. We really enjoyed our stay, the owner Enrico is such a nice guy, my husband got sick while we are in Florence, he helped us to call the doctor, we also stayed for another 2 hours after the official checkout time just so we are in time to catch the train, and he was all good with that. We loved Firenzesuite. City is beautiful we wished we'd stayed more than one night. The staff are really friendly and kind, the suite was immaculate, tastefully decorated with a little patio garden. Landed in Florence on a very wet morning and staff were very friendly and Most helpful. An upgrade to Apartment was very welcome and it was spacious and clean.fantastic being right in middle of Florence and close to station, with easy access to restaurants, shopping and all the sites.
