It s best hotel choice we made in our trip to Italy. The location is not far from the city center. The room is very new, cozy and beautiful, every last detail is perfect. the breakfast buffet, in my opion, has a very high standard sellection of local products. On top of all these, the couple who owned the place are extreamly friendly and helpful, giving us a little instruction of florence on arrival and helping us on our dinner resevations. This B&B is in a renovated Terrace Mansion on the 1st Floor up the stairs. the rooms are nice with marble floors, cable TV. best time to have a shower is early morning or late afternoon/evening as hot water can run out during checkout times! its a nice place to stay though as just a short walk to the big churches and the Uffizi gallery. Make sure you ring in advance before you arrive so the owner can meet you there with the key - we had to wait for him to arrive for 15 mins to let us in.

location, and there are quite a few other nice things about it.
Luciana and Luciano, the brother and sister who own/run(?) the place, are lovely, lovely people, kind and most helpful. They're also very quick to respond to emails.

On top of the excellent location, friendly and helpful owners, and great price, the beds here were easily the most comfortable we found throughout our Italian travels. There is a laundromat just across the street, making this a great place to stay if you are in the middle of a long journey. If you stay here, be sure to eat at Vivanda, which is on the same street: top-notch organic cuisine.

We enjoyed everything about this brilliant B&B but if we had to pick one thing then it is surely our hosts Ilaria and Joel who could not do enough for us. The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable plus there is a separate dining/sitting room.

New hotel, decoratively and stylishly furnished. Comfortable room. Goodprice. Convenient location to reach the centre even on foot. - The room was beautiful, the breakfast was decent, and the terraces at each room were really nice to have.
