  We really loved this hotel. Our room was enormous, with a very nice bathroom. It was very clean and comfortable. There was a small refrigerator in the room so we could keep drinks and snacks handy. The staff was very pleasant, and the breakfast was the best that we had, with eggs, ham, lots of different fruit, cereal, yogurt, cappucino. TV incl... what people say » uded CNN, good for the non-Italian speakers. - The hotel was lovely, and the staff could not do enough for us, especially Tony on the desk. Breakfast was good, and coffee in our room the cheapest in Florence! We stayed in a lovely room with a painted ceiling and balcony, and had clean bedding and towels every day. We loved this hotel and would thoroughly recommend it to any one else.

  Really clear, the room, the breakfast on the terrace. definitly all - It was all great - we arrived much earlier than the allowed booking time, but they let us leave our luggage there until the room was ready, and they made every effort to get our room ready quickly. Overall, a great place to stay!
