The hotel had a luxorious but homely feel to it. The staff were exceptional. They were very helpful and friendly.

The food in the hotel was overpriced and not to the standard I would expect for the price being paid. As a vegetiarian I foulnd there was no well thought out vegetarian option and the one option they did offer for vegetarians was bland.

Very nice hotel with a good Japanese staff.

Would be happier if the price is less.
