Ghonatan,which works there, was very polite and pleasant man. I think for this price it's a very very good hotel. I would like to stay there for the next time. It is very nice and nearby railway station. Staff is very perfect and lovely who will come to hotel in the morning 9-12am. You can check in at this time,otherwise you have to call him. There is a microwave oven in the room as there is a market nearby,so we buy some Pizza or noodle from market to warm by the oven in this hotel. Location - Great location in terms public transportation; the central train station (Firenze SMN) is just about 150 metres away. Cleanliness - Very neat and clean. Comfort - Nice interiors. Only 5 rooms, a bit like a shared house with 2 spotlessly clean bathrooms to share. God to have breakfast provided in the room. All very self sufficient. parking was €15 for 24 hours. It looks like a classic italian apartment of the old time from the furniture and the decoration. I like that it has a small "kitchen" and dish washer inside the room for you to make some hot food. I felf like home when I was there. Tools for self cooking is in the room & Supermarket is Near. So you can make yourself anything. It is good for travelers to reduce budget. The room was cleaned everyday and basic facilities were included, especially the air conditioning which is very important during summer!. It was so lovely and romantic. No kitchen in the room; A little noisy in the night as the room beside the main road. Very noisy next to train station. Super loud, but noises don't bother me when I sleep. The fridge did not work. The wooden shield blinds outside the window didnt go down. And somehow someone else's underwear got thrown into our room while they were cleaning... Lastly I thought there was a kitchen but our room didnt have one. But honestly it's a really nice place. I'd stay again the next time I came. breakfast is very basic. The room design. There are no staff every time. (I have never seen) So, Hard to get information immedietly. Its location is opposite by travel spots. Quite difficult to find staff sometimes but they were nice to us!. The room faces the street, it is noisy in the night. And we are so unlucky, we experienced a power off. none. traffic in the street. The hotel is next to the big street so the noise from the street is too much. We stayed for 2 nights and we didn't see the guy who was supposed to be there, except the last day he showed up to collect the fee so we couldn't get any help/advice when we have questions. There is no milk for coffee. I wish when I booked someone would have told me about the noise from the road right outside the window. The only way I got a good nights sleep was with earplugs, it was that bad and did not stop all night. What they called breakfast was what I call a joke. It was one croissant each from a packet not fresh and instead of fresh bread, they had crouton like "bread" that was hard and not very nice.
