The hotel is at a very convenient location. It takes only about 5 minutes walk from the central train station, and is just 3 minutes away from the Central market (food market), and within walkable distance from the gallary where the real "David Statue" locate. The hotel is newly decorated with nice and modern design, and a coffee machine at the reception area with choices of free coffee. The staff is helpful to carry our luggages upstairs. The room is clean, and comfortable, and the shower room is large. It is the best hotel amongst the other hotels I have stayed in Rome, Milan, and Venice. Overall, it is a very nice budget hotel, and with nice room and most necessary facilities e.g. air condition, hair dryer, kettle, amenities. Will probably stay again and recommend to friends.

The light in the room is a bit dim, but it is okay if you are not reading. The hotel has no lift, but the uppest is 3rd floor.

Staff were helpful and showed us all the major attractions on the map. Room was remarkably quiet (not silent) for facing such a busy street. It was nice to have a refrigerator to keep some yogurt in, since the hotel does not provide breakfast.

Slightly hard to find - but that is not the fault of the hotel, just the the strange numbering of an old city. We should have printed a larger version of the map.

The location is close to all city sights and train station is 7 min on foot. The room and bathroom are very comfortable and clean.

The hotel is located on a noisy street, it's very noisy at night and might be a problem for people with sleep disorder. The reception is not 24hour, so make sure you agree your check-in time with the manager.

No elevator........and we stay on the 3rd floor....... The hotel is quite hard to recognize, with too small name plate of the hotel

fantastic host, location and facilities. free WiFi and neat and tidy rooms. our room even had a kitchenette, would definitely have liked to stay longer!

The receptionist has been very helpful. Spacious room and clean bathroom for a good price!

Limited reception time makes storing my luggage difficult because the receptionist will leave at 7 p.m. and you won't be able to get your stored luggage back after that time ..... its pretty incovenient!

Great location, an easy walk from the train station, and to all the important sights, and shopping! We stayed on the third floor and the stairs were quite a climb after a long day of sightseeing. Not recommended for anyone with any physical disabilities, but if your healthy as we are you can't beat the price.

Sette Angeli Rooms was the perfect choice for our 3 days trip in Florence. Excelent position (near S.M.N. Train Station and very close to the Duomo), very easy to find, rooms with an interesting design, spacious, private bathroom, terrace, very confortable bed, daily cleaning, good price and so on. We arrived later then the check-in schedule but there were no extra taxes. Florence is a great city and this place is in the same style of romance and relaxation.

Our room was near the reception and if we were earlier in there (around 17:00) it was a little bit noisy. But this was a very small price for the great terrace that we had (we stayed at the ground floor) :) .

The hotel rooms are very new and a neat ones. The hotel is very near to the railway station and also just very near to the city central and to the other famous places which is very good. The hotel people were also very kind and friendly and also helpful.

The rooms are large and nicely decorated. The en suite bathrooms are clean and modern. There is Wifi in all rooms and pretty fast. Less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. Lots of restaurants and stores around the lodge.

This is not a hotel but speciality lodging. Hence like most of the speciality lodging in Florence, they are unmanned out of hours. It is therefore quite important that you email them your arrival time in advance. It is often difficult to identify these hotels as they just have small bronze plate on the door. My room was overlooking the street and was slightly noisy through out the night

We liked everything.... Location is perfect, just 5 minutes from the Santa Maria Novela train station... There is no need to use a public transport because you can reach every part of the city by foot... Room is very big, nice and big toilett... And the price for three nights is more than great!

Our room was looking at the main street and it was a litle bit noisy but after the whole day walking around we didn't have problems with falling a sleep. They don't do the daily cleaning of the room and there are only two big towels for the whole period of stay, so it's good to take some towels with you.

Actually, everything! Our room was very cozy, with brand-new forniture, from the toilet to the room itself. It was also equiped with a very helpfull cupboard with cooker and oven. It is located near "piazza di mercato centrale", where you can have the best breakfast with the best fruit, and, say, at 5 min from the Duomo. My overall mark is simply excellent!

Location of Hotel was good but signage is pretty poor. Upon arrival (approx 6.30 pm) we were let into hotel by a female member of staff. We felt she was in a hurry to check us in and leave (at 7 pm). Reception is not attended full time which is not great service. Also, she insisted we pay the full amount for our booking upfront. We were staying 3 nights and were not happy to do this incase of any problems but we had no choice in the end. I had requested a quiet room at booking stage but did not get it. However, the next morning a male member of staff was at reception and he was very helpful indeed, gave us map of the city etc. Room & bathroom were clean, great shower.

Noise from the street traffic (our room was facing the street) was very loud. Even with earplugs. Room overhead - ceiling very thin. The fact that reception was not attended full time. No breakfast served at hotel (you have to go to a cafe down the street). Which is ok with hotel vouchers but very expensive otherwise.

The location was good, as it was about 10 mins from the station and also walkable to all the sites in Florence. We were greeted by the receptionist (a gentlemen), was friendly, efficient. We were able to check in before check in time, but unfortunately the rooms were still being tidied up at the time. Not a bad thing though, as we were too early. So we were able to leave out bags in the rooms, then explore. Free wifi, which had a good connection. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. I liked this hotel, it was a good location and comfortable. Would come again.

Rooms had very low light (room ?7 or 8 i think). No clean towels, (I think the same towels were rehung after use?) On the day we left, the reception was closed, so was not sure how to check out and leave the keys? Unfortunately the receptionist did not instruct us what to do?

How close to the train station it was. It was quaint. It did what it was supposed to do, gave us a place to sleep.

We waited an hour for a receptionist to show up, which we would have had to do on the street if it wasn't for another guest with a key letting us in. The room was tiny and two stories. We slept on one level and had to keep our clothes and such on another. The shower drain did not work well. So had to take short showers. There was no stopper in the sink so could not rinse clothes. The bed was uncomfortable.

Close to historical center. Street noise is minimized with windows closed.

Staff was generally friendly, but the girl who made our check-out was not very nice. It would've been better if they told us check- out was at 10:30 at the check-in. It isn't written on the letsbookhotel.com reservation page. We felt that we were kicked out of our beds when we leave.

Location was great. Close to station but not too close. Loads of sights nearby and lots of restaurants and bars.

A little difficult to check in. Room very small but not too much if an issue if you just use the room for sleeping. Lots of stairs made it difficult for weary legs at the end of the day

Like that it was close to walk to all the Florence monuments and sites.

Nobody from the front desk stays there during the evening and night, they give you the key and you are on your own, if you are a foreign person that do not have a phone, if something happen and you need to call the police or firefighters there are no one there, and no phone for external calls.I felt insecure.

We didnt have warm water in the shower , the man from the receptcion was 30 min late, so we missed a meeting , I also forgot phone- adapter (apple) room 5 last friday (28 th of June) Could you please send it back
