Location is just perfect. Rooms are big enough to host 6 people.

A microwave would be a bonus (but there's an oven). There's no hairdryer.

Anamarie gave us our keys and showed us around the room. The room was big! It had a loft area with a double and a twin bed. The bathroom was large and modern. There was a full kitchen and living room as well. The location was near the duomo and academia. Everything we wanted to see was in close walking distance. The room also had AC.

Not very welcoming landlady. Very slow wifi with 3 euro per day per one device.

A very good choice in Firenze. Our appartement was very good, very clean and quiet. Perfect location. When we go back we will surely stay here again !

Good location, close to train and bus transport with most main attractions, such as galleries, churches and shops within walking distance, also close to numerous restaurants, grocery stores and laundromats.

Annamaria who met us at the apartment was warm, friendly and helpful. The apartment was in a really good position and within easy walk of most museums and attractions and also the hop on hop off bus stop. Close to little supermarkets for self catering, and as vegetarians, we found quite a lot of good vege restaurants and food within close walk.

Street noise could be quite loud at night but rarely went beyond midnight during the week, mainly due to sirens on emergency vehicles as it seems to be a main route. However we would still stay there again and recommend it quite highly.

I loved my stay at that place. The apartment is huge and the location is superb! A few minutes walk from the historical center and all the sites. Everything was spotless clean and both kitchen and bathroom had all the amenities. The landlady who manages the place, AnaMaria, is very very friendly and made me feel very welcome. I will definitely be back.

Nice apartment, bedroom in loft, close to most attractions, clean, well equipped kitchen, good security

lacking paper products, some misunderstanding on the use of internet so took an extra day to sort out, bit of street noise at night

When we finally found the place, we were received very warmly by the land lady. She was so friendly and very helpful and pleasant. Our stay was comfortable and the location was perfect.

We like the app because it was in the center of florence and in the neighbourhood of shops and restaurants and monuments and the app was big and ligt

Very central to major attractions in the city. Good secure apartment.

Only problem was the noise from the road outside. Windows shut made a difference but definitely would need airconditioning in summer.

Great location, well-furnished flat

During the period of stay linens\towels are not changed, internet is paid (3 euro per 24 hours for each device) and the connection is slow.

Owner a bully n bad attitudes. Very expensive n very cold inside the apartment. No heating.
