The personnel was excellent, the location is perfect for sightseeing in Florence, the breakfast was suprisingly good for a 2-star hotel, the room was neat and it even contained air conditioning and a TV, the view from the room was fantastic (I really saw the sun rising from the hills), free WiFi and a desk allowed me to work without making difference whether it is my home or the hotel. magnificent view from hotel terrace, very close location to the city center and main sights.
