The staff were nice and very helpful. The location was very close to transportation and everything else as well. The room was big, and the bathroom was kept quite clean. They never once interrupted me to do cleaning; they always made sure to do it while I was out. The breakfast was good and free! The hotel was decorated very nice too with antiques and prints of famous Italian artworks on the walls

The shower curtain had mold on it. The TV did not work. Probably air fresheners would be nice, there was an odor but just because it's such an old building.

The staff were very friendly. The location is fantastic - near the station and within easy walking distance of all the sights.

The bathroom was a wet room really, which made it a bit messy for the person who had to have the second shower.

The staff did´nt speak any language, except italian, which I don´t speak! The television did not function! I asked help, but the staff didn't do anything! The floor oh the bathroom was full of water all the time - we (I and my wife, professor Aulikki Eerola) consulted the stuff, but nothing happenned! The breakfest was poor - nothing frish to eat. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.
