Great location near train station and city center, supermarkets and bars next to the hostel. Staff very friendly, we felt that they realy take care of us. We were arriving late at night but received detailed instruction how to enter our room and we could check in next day - it was nice because we were tired and could go directly to the room. We received better room than ordered - with bathroom and kichen.
all reviews » We arrived at 9 pm and even tho there is a miss-communication, the owner herself came to settle the problem. A transport being arranged and an additional room was identified within 15 minutes. Its located in the center of shops, train station and easy asses to food including a Halal kebab. Wonderful location (5-15 min from all the sights and train station); great view of the Duomo from my window room; really nice staff. In the case of the apartment, the conditions to make meal are very good. We had the room with a view and it was just beautiful to look over the rooftops to the Duomo, especially dusk and dawn. the surrounding streets were full of life yet once inside the hotel it was quiet. Wonderful location (5-15 min from all the sights), great view of the Duomo from the terrace, really nice staff. A laundromat and a grocery store right across the street!. Overall, while nothing in particular stood out to set it apart, nothing was bad either. Apartment setting was nice. Staff is very friendly. wonderful location, family room, easy access to restaurant, supermarket, and so on. Excellent location, close to station, market and the main sights. Nice view, very well located. I reached in 5min the train station, and the Duomo in 10min! Yo can reach every interesting point of the city center in a 15 to 30 min walk. Very friendly staff, lots of info about the city. Even they have suggestions for eating! Not a family hotel, but I will strongly recomend it for friends!. The staff were friendly, however their hours were limited (9am- 1.30pm).The rooms were clean. Close to the city and nice big room. Wi-fi wasn't accesible in our room, which was in different part of builing. Lack of elevator. Nothing. Having the kitchen on one side and the shared toilet/bathroom on the other as walls only thin. Very low bed. No elevator, unfortunately. But that is the only downside!. Apt was noted to be on the 3rd floor without elevator access, but ended up being on the 4th floor with a very, very narrow stairway. no lift, sometimes no one in service in afternoon. I can't access to pick up laggage. Mosquitos - got eaten alive in October, inside the studio!. It is on the third floor... No elevator. Impossible with big luggage! And the stairs between each floor are super long! If you are traveling with a small bag, no problem :) The entrance smells like cat´s pi. On our last night we were the only people there. There was no heating or hot water and no staff. We were frozen. The hostel was on a busy street and you could hear people talking in the street. There is no lift and it is on the 3rd floor. Staff a bit rude and woke me up early in the morning because they decided to move the checkout time to earlier without notification. But, got an apology later.
