Perfect location. Easy to walk to from train station, taxi for ride toairport only 25euros for 3pp. sleeping room and bathroom very spacious.Great value for the price! The staff at this hotel made it a wonderfulfinish to our vacation..Thank you!!

Could not control heat system, so it was very hot in hallways andinitialy in room. We opened the windows to have a cooling breeze atnight.

Excellent location. Close to sights and train terminal. Clean and spacious rooms. Staff very helpful. Auditorium in the hotel also, Opera was on while we stayed. Reasonable rates as well.

The hotel is very central to all the important sites.The hotel was on the whole very comfortable, good rooms and good service.

No but the veranda bar could do with a little improvement to make it more welcoming/inviting, plants etc could improve the area a lot.

Roof terrace bar and dining area was unmanned , you had to ring the bar phone for someone to come and serve you , so we didnt bother

This is absolutly normal hotel if you going to stay 1-2 days to see the city. Do not expect something extraordinary/

Location. It is on the same street of Duomo, 10 mnts walk from thetrain station. This hotel is near to many significant places. We didn'ttake any bus for our transportation. Walking was our means oftransportation !

Flies and mosquitos were playing in our room until we killed them.

location was great, can walk to all major sightseeing spots.

Reception staff was unsatisfactory. Tried to make me sign the credit card amount before showing the receipt with details. Bar staff was very freindly.

Very good location, super terrace with Duomo view (breakfast at the terrace, in the evening - bar), no street noise in the room because of double windows, free internet, helpfull and friendly staff.

Bad ventilation in the bathroom - strong cigarette smoke (heard the same from other guests).
