Francesco was a wonderful, welcoming host. He helped us make reservations for area attractions upon arrival, gave us a helpful map of the city, and answered all our questions. The room was nice and big, clean, and very conveniently located. We'd absolutely stay here again, based on the hospitality, convenience, and comfort we experienced during our lovely stay.

Friendly helpful staff who assisted with our luggage on arrival and offered on our departure.Clean comfortable room. Unexpected tea/ coffee and kitchen facilities. Enjoyed being close to everything happening, good restaurants etc.
The proximity of the hostel from the train station, from the main touristics attractions and from the restaurants. The possibility to cook our own meals. The possibity to do our loundry. The staff was very gentle .

There is no elevator and the hostel is at the 3 rd floor. It's a little bit noisy outside.
Lots of stairs! But other than that- nothing. It's a great place to stay.
The room was next to the kitchen area and the walls are very thin. We
were constantly woken up by chatter, the kitchen being used and
general noise. The window in our room wasn't able to be closed and
there was no natural light but if these things don't bother you
then you are fine.
Well, a little bit hard to find it when you visit firenze at first time.

No lift for 3 floors and a bit noisy in the morning.
There were a few mosquitoes in the room.

No lift, Climbing to 3rd floor after a long walk is not fun. However staff was very helpful carrying our luggage downstair.
The personel was unable to help us for parking space and they seemed to
have no information about the city.
