Superb, spacious, well appointed room for the price. Very good location for exploring city and for transport links. The breakfast, the service, the kindness of the landlady, the situation of the place!!!. Very good room. Not easy to find. room. very friendly and helpfull staff,the room was very big and comfortable also very clean and near the city center.For 60 euro we got more than we expected.Its 2 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk from the city center.

Also the building itself that the hotel layed in was a little noisy.The manager was the only person who could troubleshoot problems with the wireless internet. When he wasn't present, I could not get assistance. they took the money from my credit card without asking - I had wanted to pay cah. there was no glass. Ac does'n function verry well.There was no phone use for outside the country in the room. I had to go to the front desk and use the fax phone. Although friendly, young people were placed at the front desk that did not speak good english. The breakfast is pour.Room was not made up when we entered. The level of English speaking of the receptionist did not enable exchange of information.The hotel looked too old, need some refurbishment. The hotel was like a floor in a building full of hotels (one or two per floor), quite wierd... The elevator was... interesting. Room too small, better if little bit larger. didnt have a remote for the airconditioning, had to ask staff to turn it on and off, woke up freezing during the night and couldnt turn it off, room was not sound proofed. Manager has a serious anger problem. As long as there are no queries/complaints about the hotel or your room he is all smiles but as soon as there is a complaint he becomes very aggressive. We complained there was no hot water in the morning for a shower and he immediately became very angry and started stupid pointless arguments.The bathroom. Elevator is too old and hard to get inside on it. Hotel staff don't know english we used our body language.in order to communicate them. Breakfast is awful and they don't give any cheese or something except some basic things. Hotel staff is not enough.it was a horrible experience. It was dirty, the bed was with blood which was informed to the administrator. No air conditioner, dirty and ugly.
