I am very impressed with the receptionists especially the two elderly couples. This is the first time my friend and I were in italy and were having problem trying to find out the meeting venue of the day trip which I have booked online with local tour. They made an effort to make a phone call for me even though I have language barrier with these elderly couple. all reviews » The hotel is located quite near to the train station. The rooms decor are nice and the beds too are comfortable. We took 1 double and one triple room and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights only since we were in Florence just 5 months earlier. The rooms are spacious The staff is very friendly and helpful and speaks very good English. The hotel is very close to main station. If you use the train in the early morning or late night, that would be best place to stay, just 5 min away from the train station. It is also very close to downtown by walk, safety at night. The room was clean, bed was ok. Very close from the railway station and bus station. In a pretty big street, but the triple windows helped to insulate from almost all the noise. It's also nice to have good free wifi connection. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful with confirming our reservation with our next hotel, the location was prime, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The double room on the ground floor is located at the front portion of the hotel and just outside my window is the bus stop. No lift, no breakfast, no change towel, no wifi in room only lobby. Linens are not so clean. No wi-fi signal at the top floor. 2Nd day morning I want to cancel my second day booking and wanted to leave the hotel but they did not accept my cancelation of the second day and took the all booking costs (including the second day). Closest parking place train station park is expensive (2 euros for the first hour and after that 2 euros for every 30mins).
