The location is very convenient. Staff quite friendly.

The standard room we have is quite small, and no river view. The EUR400+ price is too high for a no river view room. If you cannot get a river view room, would suggest you go to other hotels. Also breakfast very expensive and not included.

Great location in the heart of the city. Staff is super friendly and helpful, lobby is fun place for a pre-dinner drink, and you can walk anywhere from hotel. Has elegant high-end feel.

Rooms are small but that is true of most hotel in the area. Air conditioning didn’t work well in our room. Life of the road!

Fabulous location with a view of the Ponte Vecchio. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Florence is a wonderful place to visit for shopping and cultural activities.

Its location on the shoreline of Arno river and right across from the historic Peunto Vicchio bridge.

The staff was excellent, especially knowledgeable and helpful. The bar was also a plus, with friendly staff and excellent cocktails.

The internet connect, while when it was up, was very fast, it seemed to go out fairly frequently. This meant you had to log back on

For £320+ per night we thought we would have a view from our room... we did,,, of a wall! On the river Arno this hotel disappoints if you are put in a back room as we were ..dark and unfriendly room. It seemed the many Americans had priority
