Personel was very welcoming. Room was very clean, sound isolation was very good. Location is very good - it takes only 9 minutes by bus to the city center, and buses go very often. No traffic jams on the way to the city center. Same bus will take you 2 stops further to the historical center. There is a big park nearby. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and finished items were replenished quickly. Parking was free and there were plenty of stalls available. Access to Florence was easy although the bus was almost always packed. Overall, good value.

Noisy preparing breakfast from 7,30h to all guest living in groundfloor rooms... The forniture is quite old, the room window curtains bad, the bathroom without any soap and a pipe was coming down from the upper floor into the shower-tub. The car park is very small and even if we had been advised that there was space for our car, when we arrived it was full and we had to park on the side of the road. Where do I start?! The room was filthy, had clearly not been vacuumed in quite some time! Same can be said of the bathroom, as I felt filthier getting out of the shower than I did getting in. There was one nice young man at reception but the other girls looked fit to kill themselves. Hot water in toilet. Had vaginal saunas every day. Bathroom was disgusting. Mouldy and tiles broken with holes where shower water was going in. Room smelt damp and musty, probably due to steam rising in toilet all day. No key available for safe in room. Only met 1 staff member who smiled the rest appeared totally disinterested and rude in may cases.Air conditioning was very poor. The rooms are very small. There is no sound insulation at all. The bathrooms are very small too. When you take a shower, you can flood the whole room. Hotel was a long way to walk from main city, felt we were misled, needed a taxi or bus, rooms need remodernising, our basin in the bathroom was badly cracked, ceiling fan did not cool the room down which was hot and no air conditioning as stated, bar and terrace area very basic, terrace overlooked garages and was rather tatty. Staff polite but pretty indifferent. Because it was cheap didnt want to complain but in future would prefer to ay a bit more and get somewhere better. the bathrooms are really dirty, sound isolation is poor. The staff welcomed us but the room was damp and smelly the shower was also smelly, noise y selfish people who were out late and returned in the early hours no consideration for other hotel user's sadly we will not go back. mold on ceiling, poor quality breakfast, outdated room decor terrible wi-fi signal. staff was not very knowledgeable/attentive, rooms were not very clean, bathrooms were not restocked daily, in major need of remodeling, far from the city center so don't book here unless you are familiar with the bus and comfortable using it. No air conditioning as advertised Air was a fan and an open window staff did not respond to fix air. Open windows allows for many Mosquitos and bites. Bathroom was awful, after the shower the floor was full of water. Weak wifi signal. Air condition didn't work properly, there was 40°C in the room. Window was oriented to busy street so it was very difucult to sleep in case it was opened. Missing vegetable and fruit on breakfast. hotel is no better than a third world backpackers hostal. Mold on the walls, dirty bathroom, cracked walls, ugly look out the window, damaged air conditioning. We had to change accommodation.
