This was a great hotel and close to everything that I wanted to do and see. The rooms were nice and clean, the ambience was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and nice. Will definately stay here again!!
it was conveniently located so i could walk to all the tourists sites and save a lot of time. the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. the croissants were even better than many i had in France.

We liked everything about Hotel City. The location was superb. The staff so kind and helpful. They even let my daughter use a laptop in our room! Hotel City was the icing on the cake. The BEST hotel we stayed at during our trip to Florence and Rome. I will always stay at Hotel City whenever visiting Florence in the future.

The decor in the reception areas were beautiful with the ceilings hand painted with typically Florentine relief vases and flowers. As we walked down the stairs there were Florentine statues in little alcoves on each floor. Very impressive and very well thought out.

A really charming hotel in a great location. Close to all the attractions, shopping and train terminal. Rooms very nicely decorated and clean. Great breakfast but above all the staff, Doriana and the owner Francesco were very helpful and kind.
Avoid getting there by car if possible. No parking on site as the hotel is in the historic part of the Florence. We did however parked safely at the train station nearby for an extra fee, reserved by the hotel.
Great service, I highly recommend Hotel City.
