The room was big and comfortable although simple. Great bathroom, very good shower, super clean. Good air conditioning and isolation in the window against noise. The best though is Lourenzo's tips: all great, from places to visit to places to eat very well and not expensive. He made our trip 2x better. Coffee is good and great cappuccino, although not espetacular. Location is good too, just as I was with my parents (mature couple) for them a little too walk after an intensive day, but nothing t. all reviews »
Very good hotel.
Near the train station, pretty rooms, tasty breakfasts and most important, that the guy, who working in this hotel is - a nice guy. He helped us with many advices and he has answered on any question.
Very nice rooms, clean and quiet, nice breakfast, located about 10 minute from the center of the city, but most important, the owner is very nice and want to help (even help me saving parking money ).
Lorenzo, the owner, is most helpful and the room is excellent - real value for money...But the real treasure is the romantic backyard with trees and flowers.
Loranzo is a very good man, we liked here so much. Rooms are very clean and big enough.

A little noise from upstairs apartment when people were getting ready to leave.
This hotel is located around 15-min walk from Santa Maria Novella Station, and around 25 minutes walk from Piazza del Duomo. On this way, you will probably lose some precious time in this amazing city.
Furthermore, the streets around the hotel are dark and empty during nights. It wasn't a real problem, but I can't say that I felt myself safe about this.
