Three bus lines are connnecting to downtown of Firenze. Hotel is located in calm and clean area of southern Firenze. Room is composed with bed room (1 double and 1 single beds) and dinning room with kichen facilities. I can cook for myself but I must pay 15 Euro/day. Easy to conect to highway. The most beutifull Hotel i've stayed in during my visit to Italy. Huge room with balcony, very clean and in a very fair price. The breakfast was very good and the stuff was more than helpful. They let me park the car in their garage even after I've checked out and I really thank them for that.

Breakfast starts at 8am but they opened early for us cos we needed to head for Naples early. we appreciated their flexibility!. basic but big room, clean and modern, with a balcony and a shared roof terrace. Secure free parking and superb location very close to bus stops to explore florence, and local restaurants and shops pointed out on map given to us when we arrived (very helpful!), and easy to get in and out of florence by car to explore the area. The room was a good size and on the ground floor which made carrying the luggage from the car more easy. Secure parking was a plus, one of the reasons we chose to stay here. The Hotel lived up to its image and remarks on your website.The hotel and it's surroundings is just a paradise. Though it isn't anything expensive like 5 star hotel but the atmoshere in the hotel is very cosy and the nature around it is very beatiful and gives you very warm feelings. Staff was friendly and helpful, and gave us written information about facilities in the area (bus stops, grocery, restaurants, etc.). Breakfast was good. Hotels in Florence are expensive and poor quality and for the price we paid we feel there was a good quality. We like especially the dining area and the terrace.No restaurant in a close radius. no elevator-only stairs. The shower was rather small (too small to bend over) with no place at hand/eye level to put bathing accessories. Internet signal in room was very poor so I had to go to the terrace to get connected, that meant that I have to go up to the second floor and to pass through dinning room what was little annoying. No beer on the drink machine. Not the end of the world but needs to be considered. - there were no windows in our room (it was not that dark because of wide glass door but we could not hold it open as we were at ground level with other room entrances around) and the kitchen had no dishes and cutlery - therefore we could not use it. Not really. However, the italian breakfast is basic and is not as good as other European countries. No - I can't find anything negative to comment about. I would definite stay there again if I visited the area.Change of towels every 3 days. The croissants and tghe bread rolls on the 2nd day of our stay were stale and hard. Apart from this, there was a good selection of breakfast foods.There was no refrigerator in my room. Breakfast buffet cam be improved.It was hard enough to find .. had few problems getting directions. For such a large accommodation it was interesting that the shower was soooo tiny. (we had a good laugh at it :))) Also, would slightly add to the breakfast menu. These are observations and not a negative as this was a beautiful place to stay.I can't forget the coffee...It tastes good!!!. The hotel is not near the center of florence. It is a 30 -40 min walk to the ponte vecchio along a busy road. But there is a good busservice to the station.No phone line in the room, they were changing lines. Wi-fi aerial very poor. nothing. everything is good for a hotel with this level of rate.I could not find any staff members around in the evenings, whom I could ask for information. the bed needs improve- mattress was old and uncomfortable. Internet doesn't work but it's not a big deal. Rubbish from the previous guests was in the room. The shower could have been better. Taste interior is so and so. The house is not very soundproof. The lack of a lounge area meant we were somewhat confined to our room.

Information about the area

The B&B is situated in one of the most exclusive and tranquil parts of Florence. Its strategic position 900 metres from the pedestrian area allows guests to leave their car parked by the hotel and walk to the centre. Alternatively you can take one of the 3 bus lines passing every 10 minutes.

Room information details

Rooms and apartments have been recently built, and appointed with new furniture. Air conditioning is individually adjustable, and every TV has satellite channels. Rooms are cleaned daily and with utmost care by our housekeeping staff.

Travelling information

By Car:
- Leave the A1 motorway at Firenze Certosa.
- Go towards the city centre, counting the traffic lights. Turn right at the 5th set of lights.
- Continue straight for 150 metres, then turn left. The hotel is at number 6-8-10.
