this is a room from a apartment.
the owner is a chinese lady with fluence english. florence map are provided. she even make a cup of coffee for us in the morning !! the bed are clean and tidy. toilet are good !! in the late evening the owner still iron the bed sheets in the pantry,so hardworking.
Excellent service! Vanessa is a very helpful and nice host. She was taking care of our convenience all the time and she prepared great breakfast with amazing cappuccino for us! The place can be common but thanks to Vanessa it was a pleasant stay.all reviews »
The owner of the place was sincere and helpful. It was clean and spacious, and close to the train station. Check in and check out were simple.

Perfect location, right in the city center.
Close to railway station and centre of Florence.
all the breakfast foods was bought in supermarkets . the cake and bread are not fresh.
the apartment is on the second floor and WITHout a lift.
The toilet didn't flush well. The room was quite noisy, as you could hear everything that went on in the halls, and everytime someone came in, and although the windows were double paned, the 7 a.m. workmen woke us up.
Toilets could not have toilet paper put down them. Older style.
Nothing.
Large room seems a bit empty, but fine for us.
The hotel is hided in a big house and no any sigh out side, not very easy to find it out.
The noise out the windows from backpackers coming home late was annoying.

There´s is terrible noise coming from outside, so if one sleeps sensitively, then it might be hard to get some rest, even in a middle of week.
Rooms very hot and stuffy(Need windows open), traffic noise outside makes you want to close windows. Then you are too hot.
