Leonardo is an amazing guy, no problems, very friendly, great equipment of kitchen and breakfast things. He gave us tips what to see in Firenze, a city map with bus stop information, good restaurants, gelateria (terrific!) and supermarket locations. Superb living conditions, the kitchen is fully equipped (even towels to wash your hands). My girlfriend , who is very demanding, was thrilled with the place :) Grazie Mille!. all reviews »
Very nice owner.helpful and very friendly:). Nice small breakfast and the most important thing that you can cook on your own. Room is very clean and bathroom also. Good localisation, near old city.you can go by walk. Leonardo is really nice person. He will help you in any case. I recommend in every way:).
Everything was great, good room, very clean hotel, cleaning of the room everyday,for this value of money it is a great deal, perfect for short trips.
location is also good, bus go to the center every 5 min, also there is a blue zone parking in front of the hotel.
Clean and comfortable, friendly owner. Large room and good bed. Kitchen could be used any time. The street parking is paid, but near by there is a free parking lot. Bus near by. Very good price/quality. Perfect for a city trip.

A bit far from historical centre, a little bit noisy during night because bedrooms are toward a main street.
No airconditioning, so the rooms get very hot. It takes 20 minutes to get to Florence's center.
