The staffe were friendly and helpful, going the esxtra mile. The bathroom was modern, spotless and an unexpected bonus at the low price of the room. Breakfast was great. The whole experience was very good. staff very helpful and room very clean. Had dinner out on the waterfront. Staff, friendliness.Reception staff friendly and very helpful. Close to the beach and lots of great reasturants. Had the best pasta dish in italy at Lidio Restuarant which was a 5 minute walk.

Really did not like this!!!!. mattress and pillow were hard. the night person was not very friendly. Mirko the day guy was great. The room was very small for 3 people. The beds were hard. breakfast was poor and the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke even though there were no smoking signs in the hotel. The man at the reception desk was not friendly, he was very matter of fact, no smile, although he said nothing wrong. The towels were too thin. The window shutters could not be kept open so banged in the wind and we had to close them.The room we stayed in was poorly sound proofed. We could hear our (loud) neighbours conservations and comings and goings until 3am!. dirty sheets. Bad sound proof, can hear next door flushing toilet and people walking along hauling luggages. Provide shuttle service for 6 euro each way. Should indicate such on website. breakfast quality is not good. Didn't touch it at all.

- Follow directions to Fiumicino Sud, then cross the bridge (Ponte II Giugno), and turn right in Viale Traiano (Fiumicino Centre).
- Go straight on in Lungomare della Salute and turn left in Via Licio Visintini; the hotel is in Via Licio Visintini, 30.
- Alternatively, the hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the airport from 06:00 to 12:30 from the hotel and from 16:00-21:15 from the shuttle bus park at Terminal C of the Airport.

A shuttle service to the shopping centre, Parco Leonardo, Ostia Antica and Rome city centre is also available on request.
