Il Paluffo has a million dollar view! The buildings are perfectly romantic for the setting. The staff, Frederica in particular, we very helpful and kind. She helped us with directions, booking our outings and a dinner in our apartment and she also helped us in the endless pursuit to find our lost luggage. The location was perfect for our 4 days in Tuscany. It is only 30 mins to San Gimignano, less than an hour to Tuscany, 1 hour to Sienna and 1 hour to Pisa. We were traveling with 4 adults and .

Although it is 'in the middle of nowhere' it is strategically located between many Tuscan highlights, each within an hour drive. The house is marvelous, nice decoration and beautiful landscape. We enjoyed a great Tuscany dinner in the apartment that we booked in advance, strongly recommended. Important to highlight owners, they are nice and gave us a warm wellcoming. outstanding hotel, excellent service, fabulous breakfast. Really we could not ask for more from this hotel. we would highly recommend to our friends with children our without children. Excellent choice. The owner (and his brother) were teriffic and extreemly welcoming. The staff went out of thier way to assure we were comfortable and had a great time. Highly reccomended. Excellent view and venue. Information about venue and things to do through a special apps and a mini IPad made available during our stay is original and handy!. Absolutely amazing place in the middle of the Tuscan hills, great staff, renovated to a very high standard, fantastic restaurant within walking distance. The setting was absolutely stunning, and the villa was just like stepping back into time - perfectly renovated yet equipped with modern conveniences. Serenity in Tuscanny. Nice home base for day trips to other towns, etc. Pasta cooking class with Vilma was great!. Beautiful place with amazing view of the Tuscan countryside. Would visit again. It was amazing :)). Just be sure to ask for written directions! It's not difficult to find but we had multiple problems. The major ones were that the address did not register on the gps and our phones did not have service in the hills near the B&B. Not their fault but be sure to ask for directions in advanced!. Nothing to not like!. Nothing really, but perhaps for some the lack of a tv is a minus (it was a plus for us actually). Oh, and for people with a strong aversion to frogs, the eco-pool may not be ideal (again no issue for us). Nothing. nothing really. one could say that it is far away from everything but then again this is what we wanted. The 5 pounds I gained. We booked a room with a view and we were looking on the parking. A luggage help would be welcome. Too many internal rules in what is allowed and what is not allowed!. Check in was as from 5 pm and check Out was latent 10 am. Our room only had a bath tub, but no shower. Though to be fair, it was a very cool round bath tub!. Nothing. Having to leave.
