  Hosts Attilio and Luciane were most gracious in helping with info on transportation into Venice, restaurants, Laundromat, etc. We were in the ground floor apt. with secure, gated parking on premise. Breakfast items were supplied, "fizzy" water and a fabulous Lavazzo Blue coffee/espresso machine with a steamer and lots of coffee pods as well. I wan... what people say » t to get one for home! The B&B is right on the bus line, but is quiet and comfortable; we were able to relax between tours. Would definitely retu - Comfortably reach Venice. The front door bus stop 19, which for 15 to 20 minutes takes you to the train station and bus linni and water lines, there is an information center that can quickly and easily buy tickets or cards. From there the number 1 you can discover almost all of Venice. The hotel is grown, clean, well equipped and quiet place. The restaurant recommended to us by our hotel was the best of our entire trip - Restaurant - Pizzeria - Capolinea.

  This was an excellent hotel. Room was large, bathroom terrific, staff could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff's knowledge of multiple languages was a real plus for those who speak Russian, or English or Italian - The people in the hotel are really nice to us and the hotel is really clean and tidy.

  The hotel was very clean and they were very hospitable. Parking was very convenient. There is a restaurant in the hotel which seemed quite nice, but we unfortunately did not dine there. - Reception staff very friendly and helpful to us. Breakfast was good - nice choice and quality.   Very nice B&B with garden. Clean, comfortable and very convenient. Wi-Fi is everywhere at the house. 5 min by car from the Marco Polo Airport, 5 min walking from bus stop, supermarket and nice italian restaurant (max 30 Euro for dinner per two persons with wine).   Locando al Convento is quintessential Italy!! It was so beautiful nestled in the countryside. I loved the chickens, goats, cats etc... on the grounds. So peaceful after traveling a bunch. The perfect spot! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. And the restaurant was so charming and authentic. The food was very good!   As we had a car this location was perfect. Parking was free and the #12 bus to Venice was a 3 minute walk from the hotel which also sells the bus tickets. The bus was a 10 minute ride to Venice. The hotel was safe,clean and comfortable. A 5 minute walk from the hotel takes you to the local square which has an array of restaurant's however do yours... what people say » elf a favor and dine at the Bufola. We ate here both nights and it was delicious and not expensive. Get there by 7.15 as they will be turning people - I felt that I was in a more upscale hotel, even though the cost was quite reasonable. The hotel is in a very convenient location--near to the bus stops and also only a short walk to the piazza in Mestre. The breakfast included in the price of the room was wonderful! Also, parking is free on the grounds of the hotel.

  We arrived around noon and we needed some assistance for traveling to Venice. The lady from the reception was very nice and helped us with details and bus tichets. - A convenient hotel at a budget price fairly close to Venice our prime location.
