  As we had a car this location was perfect. Parking was free and the #12 bus to Venice was a 3 minute walk from the hotel which also sells the bus tickets. The bus was a 10 minute ride to Venice. The hotel was safe,clean and comfortable. A 5 minute walk from the hotel takes you to the local square which has an array of restaurant's however do yours... what people say » elf a favor and dine at the Bufola. We ate here both nights and it was delicious and not expensive. Get there by 7.15 as they will be turning people - I felt that I was in a more upscale hotel, even though the cost was quite reasonable. The hotel is in a very convenient location--near to the bus stops and also only a short walk to the piazza in Mestre. The breakfast included in the price of the room was wonderful! Also, parking is free on the grounds of the hotel.

  This hotel is incredibly convenient if you are looking for a good hotel that isn't on the island of Venice. There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel, they sell tickets for the bus at the hotel, and the bus takes your right to the main bus terminal in Venice. Two stops, and you're there. They all spoke very good English, and they were all very friendly. I've stayed in a lot - Staying at the Hilton outside of Venice saved money and stress, compared to parking a car and searching for a hotel in Venice. The location was very convenient to hop on the bus in front of the hotel and be in Venice in 10-15 minutes. Parking was free and safe. Staff was very helpful and attentive. It was also refreshing to be in a more "American" hotel after traveling in Italy.

  We used this hotel for an overnight stay as a base for visiting Venice and it was perfect for that. The pool was a bonus if you could fit in the time to use it. We managed a quick half hour before it closed for the evening. The refurbishment has been tastefully done and, although small, the room and bathroom were clean and adequate for our need... what people say » s. Bus to venice 5 min walk to stop takes about 25 mins into Venice didnt have a problem with this. Would stay again no probs.
