During our holiday we stayed in four hotels in Italy, all of which were quite good. Nothing, however, compared to the attention and friendly service of the staff at this Hotel from the moment we arrived until we departed 5 days later. This is a class operation. They gave us complimentary drinks one evening when the Bar area was occupied by an outside group. I would definitely stay here again.

A pool yes but to small andto far away from the hotel.Restaurant facilities not available, however the local town and surrounding countryside have an abundance of restaurants to try out, which is all part of the Tuscany experience!. I had booked a double room and specified I need 2 beds. I got there at midnight (as I had already mentioned to them through bookings comment section). However, they reserved 1 double bed and did not want to switch without charging 100 Euros more. Even though there were plenty of 2 bed rooms available and I was checking out the same morning.location, or a busy dirty roundabout, local town is dusty and industrial, pool the size of a bathtob, river is more of a stormwater drain, would never return or recommend.
