Everything. The BandB is a in the centre of Catania. The spacious rooms and the common areas of the BandB have design furniture and artworks. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We loved the room though a little small--the bathroom was elegant and very comfortable. Breakfast was great with many tasty selections. This BB has a central location [2 min from Piazza Duomo], really close to public transportation [Piazza Alcala] and via Etnea [wich is one of the main streets in Catania]. The BB is clean and comfy. The owners, Giovanni and his mother [who lives next door] are nice people. The palazzo in which the BB is located it's a bit noisy, but this is Sicilly. Overall, I was pleased with the place and I recomend it.

The B&B was our base for two night while we got to know Catania. Valentina was a gracious host and provided an excellent breakfast with homemade biscuits and cakes. The room was off a small courtyard in a gracious old building. We had two rooms plus bathroom, so was very spacious. Rooms were well fitted out and the bed comfortable. -

We really liked our stay in B&B Macalle. Everything was very clean, the towels smelled really nice and our room and bathroom were very spacious. Every morning Mario made us a great cappuchino. The city is at walking distance. And Mario gave us a great suggestion for a fish restaurant for dinner. We recommend this place to everyone! -

The hotel is very clean. The rooms are big. Our room hadd a belcony. We were very surprissed t get tthat quality for the money. The locatio is great, close to everything you wantt to see and busses you need to take. most importantly, it is ran by a young family. I bbegan communication with them even before our arrival. They were great to help us with excursions, directions, etc. We felt veery welcomed and at home. If ever in Catania again, that would be no doubt for us a place to stay.

A perfect place for staying overnight in Catania city, very close to the bar/restaurant streets and 5-10 minutes walk to the main shopping streets.
House and room is very nice and big, in traditional old baroque style with calssic old furnitures and pictures - so feeling is very special - in a positive way.
Contact Person is very nice and friendly and helps out for questions about the city and seightseeing!
