Excellent location for many day trips. We stayed there for Gardaland visit, that is about 5min drive from the resort, but many other fun parks are in the neighborhood.. Peschiera del Garda 10 min drive. Outside pool excellent - size, acceptable for both - good swimmers, children.... Overall, great place, especially for families with young children. great location to visit nearby safari zoo, lake garda, gardaland or movieland. accomodation is in two appartment house, resort type, about 50 houses around three outside pools that were not to be used in beggining if May. fully equipped and comfortable, groundfloor appartment opens out in the atrium.
all reviews » Good accommodation with almost all necessary things in the kitchen. Nice playground for the kids and family atmosphere. Quite OK for sleep over and relax after visiting sites in the neighborhood as we planed. iwe really enjoyed our trip I could not make any negative comment ablut it. pity they do not take debit cards, and A little bit hilly when walking back from the shops. Great location near Gardaland and Safari park in Verona, big swimming pool and lovely green area, a lot of space for children, good playgrounds, shop and restaurant. The children loved the pool It is close to Gardaland amusement park + Movieland not far from Verona (25 km) The view of the Alps parking in front of the apartment. excellent facilities on site, lots of pools & sunbeds. Clean apartment and well equipped kitchen. Staff very friendly & welcoming. spoke good english. - Friendly and competent staff in the reception - a lot of place around the app. for play batminton... - swimming pool in the village -aircondition. The apartment itself was simply but cute, full cutlery kitchen, but still need to buy or bring with you everyday things (dishes liquid, toilet paper, soap, shampoo etc.). The location suited us. Restaurant staff were friendly and the food was good. Car parking was free, safe and secure. Close to the parks having a swiming pool air conditioned enough room shop by good securitiy. convenient to Verona and Lake Garda sightseeing nice pools good sized rooms. Good value for money. Nice swimming area. Room size was Good!. perfect location nice car parking nice swimming pool. Not much, is just a regular family resort. Buffet breakfast not up to expectations ( but dinner very good). the cleaning staff should improve their work. a lot. Weather. kitchen pot's waren't clean enough. The pool closed at 6 pm. the apartment was very damp so we couldn't sit on the coach without getting wet clothes. smelt very strongly of mold & damp and the twin beds felt wet. probably ok in high season. High price for very poor internet. Not clean !. The neighbours were VERY noisy and woke us up at 6 am. It was a little hard to find it. we were there in October and air condition couldn't warm up rooms. Internet costs 5eur/h, but it's very very slow, unimpossible to work. The apartment was very cold, the heat was not enough even for 24 hours non-stop working. No toiletries at all, half roll toilet paper for all stay. High price for internet. Entrance road does not appear on the map and not even on gps, was difficult to find the entry in the dark. Facilities in the apartment were lacking eg an electric jug, toaster, tea towels, dish washing detergent, bath soap. Could be more clean on the floor no soap, little toalet paper. the resort is run like a youth hostel but at hotel prices; one is not allowed to enter the resort by car after 11PM; internet is charged by the hour internet reception is only in the restaurant and lobby area, but the light goes off at the restaurant area at 11PM; check-out time is 10AM, but the maiden service kicked us out by 9AM;. Not clear instructions on how to get there. Money deposit in cash. All extra services cost a lot. Rooms was unclean, bed linen unclean!. it was very dusty (curtains, blankets) WFI must be paid!!! 4€ = 1h. The bar staff were vary unfriendly and rude to show us someone had made a mistake reading a "not for self service" note in a fridge. They were very passive aggressive to show us wrong. Internet connection very expensive and in spite of that not available. The flat was very cold, the air conditioner is just enough for slightly heating the living room. Of four nights I spent, two mornings I was with very cold water, couldn't take a shower. After 10 pm you need to be let in by the security but there is not even a ring to call. No assistance, no room service, extremely slow administration. Really scary place, to avoid absolutely.

Please note that the price includes final cleaning and one bed linen and towel change per person for stays from 1 to 4 nights and one bed linen change and two towel changes per person for stays from 5 to 7 nights. Reception closes at 22:00. Guests arriving later are asked to inform the hotel in advance, otherwise, entry to the apartments cannot be guaranteed. A security deposit of 100 EUR has to be paid in cash at arrival. This will be refunded on departure.
