Capri 5* star luxury Hotels

Our travel agent booked the property for us as we had told them we wanted something in Capri or Positano and that we were considering either going for our honeymoon or actually getting married there. I was able to communicate via email with Silvia Federico who is the assistant general manager there and found her incredibly accomodating and capable. What she did for us both prior to arriving as well as while we were there was certainly reflective of "5 Star Service" and in my opinion ma - Chris

We arrived in Capri by hydrofoil after spending the day before in Naples. We were met on the dock by a representative from the hotel and left our bags for delivery. He explained to us to to find the hotel. FYI best to pay attention! We proceeded to the funicular to ascend to the top of the hill. This was our first time in Capri and it was magical to walk into the piazzetta. There are many high end shops and cafes as well and narrow alleys and arched entrances. It was beautiful. J.K. Place, Capri is magical. The location and design are stunning but the service is truly what sets them apart. Everyone, from the General Manager Samuel to each member of his staff was gracious and genuinely kind without being at all stuffy. They anticipated our every need over the 4 days my wife and I spent there. We never signed for trivial expenditures, our suite was always immaculately clean, the pool and spa were refreshing and the food was beautifuly prepared and delicious. The Restaura - Geraldine

Frankly, of the many hotels I have stayed in Italy, this particular hotel exceeded my expectations. I found the service friendly and exceptional. The staff went out of their way to be of assistance, the check-in process was well-done. The breakfast was better than many I have experienced in Italy. The hotel's location is perfect, with amazing views. Being in Anacapri was an advantage - it tranquil.
