It was just outside Florence, we left the car in the hotel parking lot, and took the bus into town. perfect breakfast. the look of the Hotel is nice and the rooms are nice. quite good breakfast. service and attitute of staff if you ask you get " it is not possible or my boss say it is not possible " they say it is wifi all hotel but noe of the wifi was working the lobby said the rooms was not wifi but we could log on in the lobby I wanted to check one web page but I gave up after 40 minutes almost none connect.
