The workers of the hotel specially the two gentlemen in the reception area are very accommodating and always smiling. The lady in the breakfast is very nice specially if I always request for café since most of the food specially the meat cucine I do not eat. The location of the hotel is near the train station and also near the main square. Within the street of the hotel area are tons of shopping and nice restaurants and bar. For me it is very convenient and so practical specially if you usually.

There was a giant screen in the square for the old films festival a film showing every night, really wonderful.Excellent bus connect ions to art museums. Supermarket Conad a few yards away. With fresh fruit scrambled eggs and plenty of other choices. The staff was fantastic - incredibly friendly, the location is perfect for sightseeing and traveling: in the very core of the city centre and 10 minutes from the central train station. The location is good and it is relatively quiet. If you want a decent cup of coffee you have to ask, it is not offered. the walls are very thin, so we could hear everything that was going on in the next room. Although Bologna is appreciable for it's student nightlife..it could get really noisy in case the visitor is looking for some calm1 In any case, it is certainly not the fault of the hotel! the city is vivid!!!. Refrigerator in toom would have been nice. - parking will cost you 20 E a day because there is no free space for you in the blue zone (9 E with hotel voucher). 12-15 minutes walk from Main train station, not 5 as it said in description. the single room dont have refregarator. the bed is not comfortable and breakfast don't more delicious. 15minutes walk from the station. No complaints. breakfast quality not very good. Yhe sigle ed is too small. Very small room, tiny shower - larger than average person, probably will not fit at all. There is no iron in the room and it is not available at the front desk. Averall condition is fair. Say walls in the room had signed of repairs, they were plastered, but not repainted. The room was not spacious enough, but when traveling a lot it is not really essential. The room was in need of redecoration with the curtains hanging off. Room was extremely small. People at the street shouting all night long, bathroom extremely uncomfortable, shower's drain was clogged and water flooded the floor. No English speakers, even at the reception !. Dirty, Nasty (disgusting carpet, courtains very dirty), broken furniture (bed, lights, phone, cabinets, etc). Room service is a joke (they never clean), Bathroom a mess. 3 stars, how can this be possible?.
