The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was great, plus free underground parking.

We couldn't figure out how to control the heat. The room was very hot. It was New Years night and very cold outside, but to hot in the room.

Excellent hotel. It should be 4*, not 3*. Very good room, breakfast, free (!) parking at hotel's territory. I recommend this hotel !

The hotel was spotless!

Bar manager was very rude when we tried to have a drink at 10:30pm, Hestarted shouting at us in Italian! Even though a manager (who was verynice) had told us there would be no problem.

Nice breakfast, nice rooms, nice people, nice overall.

A bit out of the way but the centre is only 10 minutes walking and there is also a bus stop in front of the hotel which takes you downtown even faster.

We were very satisfied, the staff was helpful, breakfast was very good; there is parking in basement garage, electronically controlled.

It is difficult to find and get to, because of a maze of one-way streets; the key orientation point is the main railwaystation.
