We met only Giorgio the owner and just once, he's very nice, speaks perfectly French and has a great knowledge of the region and its history and good tips. The appartement we had was very spacious with all necessary equipements. I think the place is the most adapted for families with children: in the middle of the nature, swimming pool and cats :). Giorgio and Anna are great hosts. Giorgio knows everything about the area and gives very good guidence to guests what to see also with anecdotes incl. Breakfast was with Anna's homemade delicious marmelade and cake. An apartment in the countryside, but close to a lot of historical Etruscian places and wine areas as well. A very pleasant stay.
