  We had a wonderful nights stay at Casa Vacanze Laura. Laura was in contact with us soon after we made the booking to arrange a time for her to bring us the keys. On arrival we called her and she was with us within 5 mins with the keys for the apartment and the pass to park the car on the street for free which was brilliant. The living/kitchen is the perfect size for a couple, the kitchen has a two ring hob and there is a fridge which would mea - The apartment is perfect for a short stay in Bergamo. It is in a perfect location between cita Alta and cita bassa, both easily reach walking. You have everything you need in the apartment and it has nice furniture. Laura is wonderful and very helpful. If you need something she well try to find it for you. If we to Bergamo we definitely will book again Casa vacance Laura

  The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. This is a charming older hotel that may not have every modern amenity but is spotlessly clean. The location was perfect - very easy to get to the Alta Citta or the funivia for a trip to San Vittorio.   The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good...the shower and all the facilities worked well. The hotel was in a very good location for the lower city and I liked that we were in that area buut near enough to walk to the citti alta. We would come back to Hotel Arli again.   Sonya was a delight as she spoke English well and was always available to answer any questions and ensure that our accomodation was what we had expected. The restaurant attached was fabulous and breakfast was delicious with homemade delights - good value. - Breakfast was very good (except not any vegetables was), you must try tiramisu!
