  We really enjoyed our stay in The World. I had booked what I thought was a room for 4, but it turned out to be a really well appointed apartment -great value for money. The location was really good - airport & train/bus stations are in close proximity, and also conveniently located from cable car station (for access to the Old Town). In additi... what people say » on, the apartment was extremely clean, and staff did come by each day to clean and leave out more foodstuffs for the self service breakfast facilities - Centrally located directly in the shopping distric, 10 min walking from central station, 2 min to bus stop to airport and hospital. Really clean Self service breakfast: basic but with all needed Nice appartement - well furnished - perfect for a long stay (there was even a washing machine)Perfect italian style: no salty food for breakfast and no kettle for hot water! Remember to call the owner 20 minutes before to pick up the keys.It was a great experience.   Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. Throughout the stay, the hosts could not do enough to help us out. The room was fantastic, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, well stocked, class... what people say » y and stylish. As for the staff there, they can't do enough for you, are so friendly and were a delight to spend time with. We'll be back as often as - We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic views and nice little bars/restaurants.
