  We had a wonderful nights stay at Casa Vacanze Laura. Laura was in contact with us soon after we made the booking to arrange a time for her to bring us the keys. On arrival we called her and she was with us within 5 mins with the keys for the apartment and the pass to park the car on the street for free which was brilliant. The living/kitchen is the perfect size for a couple, the kitchen has a two ring hob and there is a fridge which would mea - The apartment is perfect for a short stay in Bergamo. It is in a perfect location between cita Alta and cita bassa, both easily reach walking. You have everything you need in the apartment and it has nice furniture. Laura is wonderful and very helpful.   I couldnt fault anything about this hotel, the staff, the service, the cleanliness and position were outstanding!! We arrved at 10 in morning expecting to wait till at least lunchtime for a room but had one immediately, and upgraded to a superior room!!!! The location was perfect - very easy to get to the Alta Citta or the funivia for a trip to San Vittorio. The hotel was in a very good location for the lower city and I liked that we were in that area buut near enough to walk to the citti alta. We would come back to Hotel Arli again.   It's a family-run business. They are very friendly and nice. The room and the toilet are very nice, spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. They also have a restaurant in the same building with fantastic food! I strongly recommend it, and if you have to catch a flight at milan-bergamo they have a perfect location and a cheap bus to the airpor... what people say » t which is cheaper than taxis! So they did have everything my sister and I were looking for. - Great place with super friendly staff and quite cheap compared to similar in that area. They have great restaurant in the same building. Also it's located close to the airport, I used regular taxi when I arrived but it was scam and they charged me 25eur because of large bike bag I had. Going back hotel staff provided me with transfer bus which was only 10eur for same route to aeroport.

  Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. Throughout the stay, the hosts could not do enough to help us out. The room was fantastic, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, well stocked, class... what people say » y and stylish. As for the staff there, they can't do enough for you, are so friendly and were a delight to spend time with. We'll be back as often as - We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic views and nice little bars/restaurants.

  We have stayed in Agriturismo establishments twice now, and it is a fantastic concept - cross between B+B and a full-on hotel, situated in beautiful surroundings all with a Mama Mia touch. The food, prepared mainly from local ingredients - a Agriturismo requirement - is to die for, and the view fantastic. - My first comment on any hotel I've stay... what people say » ed and I cannot resist giving it A+++ ! The Owners and staff made me feel I'm at home with their warmth and sincerity.
