I've put everything "excellent" for location, facilities, cleanliness, view to a beautiful Old City etc. And I would like to put "excellent" for Stuff too - two Italian people were great - friendly and helpful. But I've put "poor" for Stuff because of one extremely unfriendly Russian speaking guy who came to clean our room. He didn't even say "hello" back to us. We have a feeling that we borrow a money from him and did not pay back.
all reviews » Very nice and cosy hotel. It's a kind of a big apartment where you feel really at home. The staff (we were met by Lorenzo) is very friendly and helpful. The opportunity to have breakfast early in the morning (we had to leave at 6 AM) is also a plus. I would definitely recommend Infinita. Very new,clean,comfortable rooms,with all the comforts inside. Self service breakfast which includes whatever you can imagine. Very helpfull staff. We were 9 persons and we had a large apartment nicely decorated with 3 bedrooms and a kitchen. Very convenient! Staff was very nice and helpful. Good area, clese to bus station going to airport, close to city centrum, but far if you don't have time because old city is far away. Very warm atmosphere and kind attitude from the owner. Perfect position and view to the Old city and mountains. Clean and cozy. Excellent location, services, perfect decoration, italian style, very nice breakfast, low price.Everything perfect!!!. good location in the centre of Bergamo. near bus and train station. breakfast all day :). Area of the city was very busy and difficult to find parking. Difficult to find. We did not get the exact room that was offered on the site Air Con did not work in the room. Upon arrival we were informed that there were problems with the room we originally booked, we were moved to a new hotel, Bella Italia not far away. However, the new room was completely different to what we originally booked and had no character, even though we were moved immediately we were disappointed with the new room. -no reception service -air condition did not work -taxi cost to airport is extremely expensive. for one room there is a shared bathroom.
