  The hotel is really nice! I often travel a lot (business purpose)so I have seen a lot of hotels and I hope i could have a correct opinion on what somebody expects... New,nice, very clean. I really advise this hotel to those how would like to take some relax and peace. The SPA is enormous and very nice. We have really enjoyed our sta - This hotel is the best I have ever stayed in. We were greeted with a glass of prosecco on arrival and were upgraded to a suite as it was our 1st wedding anniversary. The suite had 2 bathrooms, a lounge, a full size hot tub and a kingsize circular bed. The breakfast was amazing with a vast array of choices. The pools and facilities were top class and everywhere was spotlessly clean.

  The location of the apartments was excellent. Alessia had organised the transfer for me and the car was waiting for us when we arrived. The staff checking us in were very friendly and helpful with telling us about the supermarket and other little bits of information. Allowed us to stay in the apartment a bit longer on the day of departure which... what people say » was great for my parents. During our stay, I enquired about getting an extra sunbed and the next day they organised it for us. - Fantastic location right in the heart of Bardolino...walk out the door and you're surrounded by restaurants, bars and shopping. Fairly spacious 2 bedroom apartment suitable for families or 2 couples, and has a well-equipped kitchenette. The Valpolicella is a short drive away, with lots of wineries and smaller authentic restaurants away from the tourists. We would definitely stay again.

  The appartment on the 3rd floor (room nr 9) was very spacious and clean. The terrace was a nice feature. The staff did there best to make ourselves comfortable. The access is very convenient through coded gates (you will get the codes beforehand), and the car park underneath the building is very handy (and the car elevator is an attraction by itse... what people say » lf!). The location is perfect (100mtrs from the lakeside, and in the middle of the shopping/restaurant action). We only stayed a night but would easil - Location, great to step outside and be able to walk around. The car restriction makes you feel a bit at ease with young kids. Large nice playground only a few minutes walk away. We stayed in a 2 bed apt, everything was clean and great.

  I stayed at Residence Blue Lake in August 2013 and cannot recommend it highly enough. Andrea was friendly and gave us tips on things to do. He even sourced a more powerful hair dryer for us! The apartment was a nice size, very clean and with everything you might need. The building is a 5 minute walk to the lake, restaurants and shops in Bardolino.... what people say » - Really lovely little appartment...Everything was perfectly clean and servicable, and in a perfect position for access to the lake and the centre of town..With a supermarket about 5 minutes walk away. And I loved Bardolino.

  We had a wonderful holiday staying at this hotel, it's a hidden gem. Room was lovely and very private,and kept very clean. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety if dishes every day.   We loved every minute of our stay it was so relaxing in the hotel with a short walk to the lake and the restaurants. The hotel was not too big which suited us but sadly did not get chance to eat in restaurant at night as we were part of a wedding with lots of per booked group arrangements but breakfasts were superb!
