A lovely hotel, with great service, comfortable rooms and a rooftop pool. The rooms are spacious, with a good repair, air conditioning and a great bathroom, a safe. The hotel has a lovely wi-fi. all reviews » Excellent hotel, very good location for a quiet vacation. A little bit far away from the city center, 40 minutes walk, but beach in front of the hotel is much better than in the center. Special thank to owners of the hotel - great family, lovely, friendly and always willing to help. The hotel room was very good, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious, it should be mentioned homemade pastries and good coffee. It is the best hotel in Anzio. I am highly recommend this hotel to travelers. the best thing about L'Approdo is the way the family make you feel cared for - even running out of the hotel to wish my mother a happy birthday as they had seen her opening cards at breakfast! they are a lovely family and really care about their guests. It's a comfortable stay and the rooms in the new wing are exceptional. Loved the roof terrace, sitting up there and watching a beautiful sunset with a prosecco in hand was one of the highlights. It is a very good hotel.The owners were very kind and helpful hosts. We got to the room that we booked. Not big, but clean room with full sea view and there is lift too. The rooftop terrace with swimming pool and with breakfast place is completely brilliant! The beautiful view for breakfast is a five-star service! View. nothing. rooms in the older wing a little tired but still perfectly comfortable and adequate. The constant traffic noise on the road in front of the hotel, but it is survivable smoothly. And Anzio. This hotel would deserve a better city!!!. Nothing. One thing to note (that did not bother us, but might bother others visiting in May 2013): they are adding on to the hotel, so the rooftop veranda is closed and there is construction. The additions are exquisite - new rooftop pool and brand new rooms on the south side of the hotel!. The staff can pay more attention to guest's needs which makes a big diffrence. The hotel is too far away from the town center to make walking there a convenient option. Quite nothing around, only sea and few other hotels. Had to buy the bottled water, could have provided a kettle in the rooms to allow guests to make their own cup of tea without bothering the hotel owners. The room was smaller than I have expected and there was a lot of construction going on that I couldnt find the reception. I feel that 100euro per night was to much for this room. A little distant from the town. The walls seemed to be very thin and we had a screaming child in the next room. It felt like they were in the room with us. :(. surrounding area (town).
