Hope you have better luck to get the times right every 40 mins? Best meal was had in the Hotel at the best price! Choice may not suit everybody. Taxi to Old Town €7-8. The big plus ,staff in all areas were all very polite and helpful. - The staff were very friendly, and helpful especially the ladies at the reception and the bar tender Pedros. The sea view on the balcony was most relaxing, as was the swimming pool. Although the machines in the gym are not modern, i found it most fulfilling to have a workout there. The breakfast was superbly presented buffet style! Keep it up!

  very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff - The staff was very nice and very helpful. The room was simple but much bigger than other hotels I had stayed before. I have nothing to complain about.

  Was welcomed to this hotel as if a distant relation staying with their family, the Piras family. Delightful bijou hotel close to shore and short walk along coast to town of Alghero. I loved my stay here, and felt very relaxed. I was trusted with Hotel keys, and could let myself in late if I chose. It was sparkling clean, and large bedroom. The rooms and hotel in general was very tidy and clean and comfortable to stay in. The breakfast was as stated (continental), however it did have a good selection of choices and filled of up until mid-afternoon. Overall, was a lovely place to stay and my partner and I would go back there if we ever were in Alghero again.

  Its a good situated hotel. We spend a week in the apartment and we loved it. Personal was realy kind and the apartment was clean and the beds oke. 1 minut away there is a big supermarket. The pool is lovely. In frond of the hotel is the see and lovely restaurants on the beach. Superplace to stay. We rent bikes for all the week so we never have to ... what people say » walk to the small city. But even you can do the walk. Nice place to stay! - Lovely apartment with 2 balconies - one facing the street with partial sea view off the lounge and the balcony off the bedroom faced the pool and had a sea view. The beds were comfortable and we had extra blankets for the nippy nights (we went in early May). Location is a nice 20 minute walk from the old town and there is a beautiful prominade all the way. Loved Alghero and LOVED Residence Picalé.

  We arrived before the check in time, and were allowed leave our bags in a room until it was time to check in, our room was on the first floor sea view with a balcony and a separate closed in balcony which was great for the windy days. Breakfast was lovely meats, cheese, breads, ca - Seriously, the nicest and most helpful hotel personnel I've experienced for a long time. They did everything to make our stay perfect. The hotel is right on the waterfront, with a small stone swimming and sunbathing area around 40 meters away, and the walk into the historic town centre is about 5 minutes. The sandy beaches in Alghero are on the other side of town - a little under half an hour's walk, but the hotel does rent out bicycles to make things easier. They also lent us beach towels free

  The Hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and could not be more helpful. The breakfast was continental and had plenty selection and was always replenished. The hotel was a 15 mintue walk into town which was not too bad, it was better once we found a few different routes. - excellent breakfast, both in terms of food and terrace location... what people say » .
