The room was very big and really comfortable. It had tv, fridge, free wi-fi worked good, safe-box, a big balconee with very comfortable bench and chairs with table, with wonderful view to Capo Caccia and Alghero old city. In the room you also have coffee maker, cups, and plastic glasses. Toiletts - you get everything you need, enough towels, shampoo, etc. The whole Hotel is very very clean. You can walk along the promenade and reach historical centre in only 10 minutes of slow walking. Long bea.

You are a great owner:) I went with my best friend but its also great for couples, famillys etc. I really recomment it!!!. The room had a sea-view, was very big and clean. Mr. Giovanni, the owner, is very friendly and helpful, he also gave us a bottle of champagne in the last night. I definitely recommend the hotel. Very nice, friendly inn keeper. Short walk to the attractions. Close to the beach. Very nice bar stand/shed with lounge seating just outside of the hotel on the boardwalk. Everything is great at this hotel (staff, cleanliness, big spacious rooms, see view). The owner Giovanni is just one of the most lovely persons I had ever met. Giovanni was great, he waited for us till late night, was patient with us (group of 8ppl :)) the place was very nice and perfectly located. really good place, nice approach of the owner, good location, very nice and clean rooms, good breakfasts with individual approach. All things were "packed" (croassaints, bread...) and nothing fresh was there, except fruits. But the coffee was very good and big enough for the whole day, and there were plenty marmelades, butter, nutella, etc., so no way you would go hungry out of the house! As you have many shops and bars around, food is not a problem at all, the rooms, location and owner are worth to go back there!. everything was excelent! maybe it would be nice if there would be some hot food for breakfast like eggs or sausage. Bed was very hard. Breakfast o.k. It would have been nice to have also some warm food for breakfast (e.g. scrambled eggs). Difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. We did find it in the end - just a "normal door" With a very small sign With the name of the owner. It felt like we rang the doorbell of a private person. The hotel is called seaside - we did not get a seaview room. And - we had do wait for 30 minutes in order to check out in the morning. The lady did not arrive before 09:00am... just Lucky that we did not have an airplane to Catch. No sea view. Nothing. maintenance needs improvement, very basic breakfast. Very noisy outside the hotel, with bars and loud music. It was not a hotel but some kind of a pension. Very 80's style. Wi-Fi works only in the corridor. The owner will be friendly if you tell him things he likes. Complaints irritate him. Only very, very hard beds. Don't go there if you have back problems. disappointing compared to other similar accommodations in town. Very noisi street just in front of the rooms.
