Everything was perfect at Hotel Calissano! The room was beautiful and the bathroom was gorgeous. The staff was so helpful and friendly; they gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants. The location is incredible as well -- just outside of the city center of Alba (a 3 minute walk). I would go back there again in a heartbeat!. The friendly welcome from front desk especially Maurio who was always there to please and assist. Well kept and well maintained facilities throughout the hotel maintaining therefore great standards above expectation. And oh yes - great parking facility and a most welcome free trouble-free wi-fi access through-out the hotel.
all reviews » The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. The bartender served us even after midnight. The rooms were large, spacious and modern, with all the facilities for the comfort of guests. It has a large underground parking. Breakfast is very complete and personal service is always available for coffee, cappuccino etc. The people at hotel reception and in the restaurant were outstanding, helpful, friendly support and, always satisfied what they were doing. The hotel has very nice and pretty new installations it seems it was recently refurbished, the breakfast was good and it is very close to Alba old city. There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. The hotel was just lovely and since it opened its doors in 2010 it still had a new hotel feel to it. the staff were excellent and catered to our every need, including doing our laundry in house because the laundry was closed. rooms were very clean and well appointed.
