Our room was enormous, with a very nice bathroom. It was very clean and comfortable. There was a small refrigerator in the room so we could keep drinks and snacks handy. The staff was very pleasant, and the breakfast was the best that we had, with eggs, ham, lots of different fruit, cereal, yogurt, cappucino. Hotel staff was unbelievably helpful. They made our museum reservations, gave us detailed info about Florence, and even tried to get our rental car delivered to the hotel instead of the airport.
