  The location was great only a short walk from the pizzale Roma where we got the bus to and from the airport. Also just a short walk into the main attractions grand canal, st marks square.   Hosts' smile is best! First, after reservation, we found out we could not make in time for check-in time due to flight change. Then they arranged nice B&B close to airport for us. Moreover, I joined Venicemarathon, then they instructed me water bus time table and station map. And we were informed legal time change timing. It helped us a lot be... what people say » cause next day was Marathon and we had to get to bus stop at 6:50 am. Finally on departure day, we were very surprised. They left us my marathon recor - This place was wonderful! We stayed in a little apartment right across from the B&B, which meant we had no wi-fi, but it was very comfortable, and the kitchen was more than adequate. The location was a 5-10 minute walk away from Saint Marks Square, it was perfect, quiet and right around the corner from a grocery store.

  Sweetest owners, they were very helpful and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. Location is 30 mins by train from Venice. - The staff was very friendly. They were always prepard to help you. They also give you advice of what there is to do.
