  Absolutely brilliant location if arriving by train to Venezia's Santa Lucia station. Less than five minutes leisurely walk with luggage. When you come out of the station the Grand Canal is in front of you, turn left and as you reach the bridge (which will be on your right) vier left and the hotel entrance is on your left in a few seconds. We found the free W - Location was perfect and was just 100 metres from the train station, easier to find the hotel, remember it's very difficult to find hotels in the small streets of Venice and it can be very difficult with a small kid and a big baggage to travel in the crowded waterbus.   The apartment was very close to the Strada Nouva as stated in the website. It was a nice, clean and comfortable apartment. The staff at Grimaldi Apartments were pleasant and helpful. The Ca'd'ro water bus stop was about 5 minutes walk or less. The appartment was spacious, 1 bedroom with lots of storage closets and one living room, spacious enough for 4 people (2 adults 2 kids in our case). Anna answered all our questions and was very helpful. - Anna and Lorena were fantastic - very warm, and the quality of theaccommodation was excellent. They had thought of everything, and evenhad some biscuits and coffee ready for us. The location was superb - westayed in the San Marco apt and my parents in the Casanova one.
