What I liked most is that hotel was very very near to Pisa Centrali station. We didn't spend any time in locating it. Also, bus connectivity to Pisa was very good and we reach the tower in just 10 minutes.

Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The following morning after a really good breakfast Michele drove us to the airport. I don't think I've ever had such service.

The staff was outstanding. Anything I needed they provided, whether it was directions, a taxi, our a bottle of wine with glasses when the bar was closed. we arrived late and only stayed for one night before moving to Lucca.
It was clean and very close tot he rail station (which is why we booked it) so it was easy to catch the train the next day.
The kitchen was adequate for making a hot drink and a light breakfast
You cannot use the cooker but that didnt bother us ---we only wanted it for one nigh

Location to the train station was great and very easy to find. Room was big and bed was comfy. Cheap restaurants and cafes nearby. Wifi worked well. For one night it was perfect for us.

The service at B&B dei Cavalieri was welcoming and the value for money was very reasonable. The interior was cosy and styled perfectly to reflect Italy.
The accommodation was within good walking distance from the train station, however, at first we found it difficult to find. On reflection I should have printed of the exterior picture to remember what it looked like. The breakfast was a fantastic spread.

When I booked the hotel, I did not realised that there was not 24 hours reception service, but the member off staff was happy to wait for me until midnight, which was a massive help. The room and the bathroom were nice and clean, very good value for money. I also had breakfast included, which was fantastic and a very good start of the day. I was allowed to leave my luggage and collect it later. My overall experience with this hotel was very good. Thank you for a nice stay.

Pretty much everything was great. The staff were very helpful and
kind. I was a single adult with 5 children ages 2 - 14. The proximity
to the Leaning Tower and other things in Pisa was perfect. My 2 year
old was able to walk the distance easily. The room was more than
adequate for our needs. We stayed 2 nights, and drove in to Rome and
then back. Tiring, but I looked forward to getting back to our room.
Would go back again!
